After 13 years in the graphic arts field, Tom was trying his hand at a start up company when he suddenly tripped and fell headlong into his passion - photography.

Some friends asked Tom to photograph a wedding, which led to more weddings, and pretty soon, Tom says, "What began as a weekend hobby turned into a career." New Image Studio was born in 1989.

Hungry to learn everything he could about photographic techniques, Tom began to look at other photographer's work and to approach the professionals whom he admired. As a result, he has had the very good fortune to study with some of the finest photographers in the world.

"I never feel like there is enough time in any given day, and I feel pretty charged up after my photo-sessions. I guess this means I am living my passion," Tom says. And when you meet him, that enthusiasm for his work comes through. Tom loves what he does and does what he loves.

Tom's enthusiasm and skill is what draws other professional photographers and designers to New Image Studio. That is why Tom has been able to assemble a team of talented, experienced photographers and designers who share that enthusiasm for this technical and creative field.
